2012-01-01

Starting in 2011, China Agri holds monthly events with entertaining programs during special festivals to promote corporate culture.

To commemorate Women's Day on March 8, China Agri expressed its best wishes and thanks by presenting roses to all female staff members.

On Youth Day on May 4, China Agri organized a visit for the Company’s young staff to an exhibition named "The Way to Rejuvenation". The visit enhanced our young staff’s understanding of the country’s history to prosperity and national rejuvenation. One widely experienced lesson from the trip is that one's fate is closely linked with that of the nation and only when our country is strong can we achieve personal fulfillment.

On Children's Day on June 1, China Agri organized an event named "Guess who I am?” , which allowed staff to bring to work and share their childhood photos and toys. The activity was designed to create a relaxed working environment so that staff can work with each other in a pleasant and fun atmosphere.

In August, to welcome newly recruited staff, China Agri held an event titled "Welcome to China Agri!". Posters and billboards were raised, new staff teams were organized and cultural and sports activities were held in order to quickly integrate new staff into our family.

In September, China Agri hosted its first youth reading activity named "I-share", where our staff were asked to read <<苦難輝煌>>, a famous book which was written by General Jin Yinan. The book gave our staff a better understanding of Chinese history and the greatness of the Communist Party in relation to its early tribulations.

And in December, the Company hosted a "Good to have you" event that allowed staff to say “thank you” to others whom they would like to thank most. China Agri advocates being appreciative and tries to foster an environment in which everyone is always ready to help each other in order to truly develop a warm, harmonious and caring working environment.
