In the twinkling of an eye, I have worked in COFCO for about one and a half years, from the moment when I left my university as a longing student till I am a member of the COFCO big family. . COFCO, as a new-type state-owned enterprise with its respect for nature and philosophy of excellence, advocates such culture and atmosphere as being bright and energetic, responsible and accountable, systematic thinking and team learning. It provides a broad and free working platform to allow us to grow through learning and practicing. As the leading raw material supplier, it has a transparent, efficient, professional and cooperative team. As a member of Brewing Material Division, I am able to learn and practice in all core procedures of the whole industrial chain ranging from procurement, warehousing, production to sales. Especially when practicing at the grass-root level during the first half of the year, I was devoted to business at the forefront, communicated with and learnt from the frontline staff, washed away my immature, consolidated my business ability, and tested my sense of responsibility and executive capability. COFCO has a platform where young people can entrust their dreams. I hope that I can develop and realize my dream along with leaders of Chinese grain and oil industry!
