Recently we have received many enquiries regarding COFBCO Ltd (“COFBCO Ltd”), using similar domain name and claiming to be our subsidiary to conduct business. Now we make solemn statements, as follows:

1. COFBCO Ltd has no relationship with our company at all.

2. Our official website (http://www.chinaagri.com) is the only official website of our company. Other websites, APP, WeChat, Weibo and other online platforms are not authorised or used by our company for business activities.

3. Fake information on COFBCO Ltd’s websites (http://www.cofbco.com.cn and http://www.cofbco.com) are fake advertisements. They are not associated with our company and our subsidiaries in any way. Under no circumstances shall our company and our subsidiaries be liable for any legal responsibilities caused by or arising out of any activities of COFBCO Ltd. Members of the public are reminded to exercise caution and stay alert against deception while conducting transactions. If you have suffered financial loss, you should report to the government authorities as promptly as possible.

4. We strongly condemn any organisations and individuals that fraudulently using our name to conduct deceptive and other illegal activities, and demand them immediately stop from doing such activities. We retain all legal actions against those parties that fraudulently using our name to conduct deceptive and any other activities infringed our legitimate and legal rights and interests. Once found, we will resolutely safeguard our interests and take legal actions.
